Every tier below has every feature on this site. The only thing that changes is how many vehicles you keep in the fleet list. A shop grows by buying bikes, so that is the one number an owner can predict.

What is in every tier
All of it. There is no tier where the conflict check is weaker or the জামানত arithmetic is turned off.
- Bookings with one authority deciding whether a vehicle is free, for dates and status together.
- The ভাড়া ladder, দেরির ফি with a grace period and a cap, and the full payment ledger.
- হস্তান্তর with photos on both ends, and the offline queue that makes it work on 2G.
- বকেয়া, জামানত held and returned, and the overdue list with a one-tap WhatsApp nudge.
- Vehicle papers, the QR checkpoint page, and the 5 a.m. Telegram digest.
- Your own customer page, বাংলা and English everywhere, and unlimited staff logins.
What counts as a vehicle
A vehicle is a row in your fleet list — one bike, one car, one CNG. A vehicle you have retired does not count, and one you have not added does not count. It is not how many you rented out this month and it is not how many bookings you took. If you keep twenty bikes and rent five of them, you are on twenty. This is the sentence every rental platform leaves vague and every tenant later argues about, so it is written down before you pay anything.
How the billing works
- Thirty days free, and no card. We create your company and your first staff login; you sign nothing to start.
- Paid by বিকাশ, নগদ or bank transfer. There is no gateway on this site and no card kept on file.
- Invoiced monthly, in advance. A year paid at once is twelve months for the price of ten.
- If an invoice goes unpaid you get fourteen days, and then the account turns read-only. Your data is never deleted for non-payment — you can still read it and export it, and paying turns it back on.
- Change tier whenever the fleet changes. The next invoice follows the change; nobody has to call anybody.
- These amounts are what we publish. If they change, the change reaches existing tenants before it reaches this page.
Thirty days on your own bikes
Put the real fleet in and run a week of walk-ins. If it does not beat the খাতা by the second week, stop — nothing is signed and there is no card to cancel.
