There is no form on this page, on purpose. A form is a box you type into and then wonder about; a WhatsApp message sits in your own sent items until somebody replies to it.
No public address is published yet
Mail on this domain is not switched on and there is no platform WhatsApp number yet, so this page prints neither. An address that bounces or a number that reaches a stranger is worse than a blank space, because a visitor who sees one stops looking for another way through. They appear here the day they are real. If you already have an account, the staff console reaches us from inside.
When you will hear back
- One working day. Friday and government holidays are not working days, and there is no autoresponder here pretending otherwise.
- A WhatsApp message during shop hours is usually much faster than that, because it reaches a phone and not an inbox.
- If a screen breaks while you are at the counter it shows a reference code. Send us that code and the exact request is found in seconds instead of by asking you to describe it.
- There is no telephone support line yet. When there is one, it will be on this page with a number somebody actually answers.
